The Findlay Office
The Findlay Office
Shared Workspace Concept, Brand, Business Setup and Launch
The Findlay Office began with a simple need. The Red Tornado Collective found a new home for its growing agency, but only needed two rooms inside an 8,000-square-foot former office space.
Before the team even made it back to the office, Sarah Ricker saw the opportunity. Instead of letting the rest of the space sit unused, she imagined something bigger: a professional shared workspace where local business owners, remote workers, teams and entrepreneurs could work, meet, collaborate and grow.
That idea became The Findlay Office.
The Challenge
The space had potential, but turning a large former office building into a thriving shared workspace required more than furniture and a few signs.
The project needed a clear business model, a legal structure, a brand identity, a website, a booking and member management system, interior planning, furniture, decor, messaging and a launch strategy. Every part of the space had to be considered, from private offices and cubicles to board rooms, lounge areas and flexible day pass options.
What We Did
The Red Tornado Collective helped turn the idea into a fully developed business.
We researched the shared workspace model, filed the LLC, explored and selected the best portal tool, created the logo, built the website and developed the brand presence. We also helped plan the layout, select decor, source furniture and create a professional environment that felt welcoming, useful and ready for members.
The result was a space designed not just for work, but for connection, collaboration and community.
